  • Petit Theft: The unlawful taking or use of property valued at $750 or less.
  • Robbery: Robbery is when someone takes or attempts to take anything of value from another under confrontational circumstances. This is done through the use of force, violence, threat of violence, or fear.
  • Shoplifting: Shoplifting is best defined as retail theft.
