GUY FRONSTIN

OVERVIEW

Guy Fronstin, Esq., began his career in 1992 as an assistant state attorney in the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Guy handled misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony cases. After countless jury trials, he was appointed as a special prosecutor for state conflict cases. He later left the State Attorney’s Office to become a securities industry attorney for the National Association of Securities Dealers, known today as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

In private practice as a criminal defense attorney since 1996, Guy uses his wealth of insider experience in the criminal justice system to defend his clients in a wide range of cases involving DUI, Vehicular Manslaughter, Drug and Sex Crimes, Business and Economic Crimes, Murder, Insurance, Medical Fraud, Pain Pill Clinics, Child Pornography, and all other criminal matters from misdemeanors to felonies.

Guy has been nationally recognized for his defense in State and Federal Court for cases such as Sir Rod Stewart charged with battery at The Breakers Palm Beach, the late Wall Street billionaire Jeff Epstein charged with numerous cases of sexual battery on minors, Tim Schnellenberger, son of National College Football Championship coach Howard Schnellenberger charged with patient brokering, former National Football League player David Boston, charged with false imprisonment, Dr. Stewart Gorenberg, the lead suspect in his wife Randi Gorenberg’s murdered after shopping at Town Center Mall in Boca Raton, Florida, a juvenile charged in adult court with four other juvenile co-defendants for sexual battery on two minors, Aimee Harris charged in New York with selling the handwritten diary of Ashley Biden, the daughter of U.S. President Joe Biden, and billionaire polo mogul John Goodman for vehicular manslaughter, a white collar defendant in an international crime and SEC stock manipulation matter, and Scott Zankl investigated for a $200M+ fraud / Ponzi scheme involving the exotic car industry. Guy was also a consultant to Rush Limbaugh charged with doctor shopping, represented 67 Bernie Madoff victims, and represented victim Michael Dippolito, whose wife, Dalia Dippolito, was convicted in a nationally televised murder-for-hire plot.

Experience

Guy has extensive experience training and lecturing, having conducted presentations on trial techniques and strategies at the State Attorney’s Office and many other legal and non-legal associations. He has also lectured before the civil litigation departments of numerous local and national law firms on “How to Know if the Federal Government is Behind the Scenes Monitoring the Civil Litigation for Possible Criminal Exposure.” Additionally, Guy has coached trial advocacy teams that have competed at the state and national levels.

He has been featured on numerous local and national television networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX, and on shows such as “Good Morning America,” “America’s Most Wanted”, and “Snapped.” He has also co-counseled many cases with prominent criminal defense attorneys such as Alan Dershowitz, Roy Black, and Ken Starr. For example, he was on the defense team with Black defending John Goodman, owner of the International Polo Club, for vehicular manslaughter.

Guy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in 1987 and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s College of Law in 1992.
